Any access to the Website (as defined hereinafter) and all Information (as defined hereinafter) offered to you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “User”) therein by Correct Islamic Faith Foundation, a trust set-up vide execution of deed of trust dated December 16th, 2010 and having its registered office at 9-4-133/B/7, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, Telangana, India and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us" or "Our" or “Trust”) are subject to the Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") as specified herein.
These Terms, as modified or updated, shall govern the terms and relationship between You and Trust with respect to access to Website and Information. You must read, understand and agree to, and be bound by, the Terms for accessing the Website and Information. You must not access the Website or Information, in any manner, in case You do not expressly accept these Terms in its entirety.
1.1. For the purpose of all applicable laws, these Terms shall be interpreted in a manner such that all the rights and obligations of the Trust are exercisable through, by and in the name of its trustee (“Trustee”), whether against User or any third-party, or otherwise. Similarly, any rights and obligations of a User, as specified in these Terms, against the Trust shall be exercisable against the Trustee.

These Terms govern the relationship between You and Trust (acting through Trustee) with respect to Your access to all or any of the websites enlisted hereinbelow and its associated web based mobile applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”), where such Website is a proprietary website owned and operated by Trust. Such Website shall mean all or any of the following websites:

The Terms also govern the relationship between You and Trust (acting through Trustee) with respect to all or any of the following information (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Information”) as may be published, with modifications or updates from time to time, on the Website, whether authored or owned by Trust or its affiliates or any third-party:
2.3. It is clarified herein that for the purpose of these Terms, any Information published on the Website and stated to be authored by, or in any manner belonging to, the Trustee, including any past trustee, of the Trust, shall be deemed to be authored by, or belonging to the Trust.
2.4. These Terms along with privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) as may be notified and updated from time to time by the Trust, constitutes a binding agreement between You and Trust (acting through Trustee). You must read, understand and accept all the provisions envisaged under these Terms and Privacy Policy before accessing the Website and/or Information in any manner.
2.5. You understand and agree that Trust reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time without needing to serve a prior notice upon You or taking Your approval. Any such modification or update in the Terms and Privacy Policy shall be effectuated immediately upon its posting on the Website. You must accept the Terms and Privacy Policy so modified or updated to continue accessing the Website and Information. In case You do not accept the Terms and Privacy Policy so modified or updated, You must cease to access the Website and Information forthwith, and shall unsubscribe to any subscription-based offering, and inform Trust immediately. If case You continue to access Website and Information, or continue with any subscription-based offering, after any modification or update to these Terms and Privacy Policy, it shall be assumed that You have agreed to such modification or update and be bound by the same. 2.6. You agree that, by accessing the Website and/or Information, You, at all times, be bound by the applicable laws in India and also in the jurisdiction in which You may be situated. The Trust shall not be liable, in any manner, towards violation of any such applicable laws by You. Neither Trust, nor any of its members, affiliates, or associates shall be responsible and liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, injuries or damages that may arise to You as a result of any such violation.
3.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Website and Information is created and published for the following purposes (hereinafter collectively the “Purpose”):
3.1.1. To promote Sahih Iman (Correct Islamic Faith) among Muslims;
3.1.2. To spread affection and compassion among the people by following the legacy of Sahabah, Awliya Allah and Sufi Shuyookh of Ihsan;
3.1.3. To spread Sahih Iman in the world and transform Muslim Ummah into a peaceful and harmonious community;
3.1.4. To focus on Muslim community around the globe to instill Sahih Iman, Sahih Islam and Sahih Ihsan in their hearts for their success in this world and salvation;
3.1.5. To teach people about Sahih Iman, Sahih Islam and Sahih Ihsan in the light of Truthful Islamic Teachings, based on Quran and Sunnah;
3.1.6. To guide, educate and provide training based on Quran and Ahadith;
3.1.7. To preach all Muslims to be loyal to Islam as well as to the countries of their residence and become a model citizen of virtue and honesty;
3.1.8. To correct misconceptions of Muslim sectarian groups and others about Islam;
3.1.9. To publish and distribute Muslim religious books;
3.1.10. To translate Muslim holy religious books in English;
3.1.11. To review and publish commentaries on Muslim religious books authored by a third party;
3.1.12. To promote peace and harmony among various sections of the society, including among various sects under the Muslim religion and particularly those established on established Sufi traditions;
3.1.13. To promote brotherhood and the unity of belief;
3.1.14. To inculcate integrity, fraternity and other values of a good citizen with the aim to promote peace, communal harmony and coexistence of people belonging to all faiths and sects;
3.1.15. Any other purposes as is expressly stated over the Website.
3.2. By accessing the Website and Information, directly or indirectly, You expressly undertake to have understood the aforementioned Purpose and its underlying ethos in its entirety, and also agree to utilize the Information purely within the bounds of such Purpose and its underlying ethos, both in letter and spirit.
4.1. The Website and Information therein is published for information purposes only and solely for furtherance of the Purpose stated hereinabove;
4.2. The object to the Trust and Information published is to spread peace, harmony around the society and to promote the spirit of universal fraternity and integrity among the subjects constituting the same;
4.3. None of the Information is intended towards harming, demeaning or discrediting any sect in Islam, any religion or any ideology in any manner, nor the Information is intended to harm the religious or philosophical sentiment of any other person, whether individually or collectively constituting a group or community, whether accessing the Information directly or indirectly through the Website or otherwise;
4.4. We neither provoke nor condone any acts of violence, hate, bigotry, or any other immoral or illegal act. Nothing contained on the Website or within the Information shall be deemed to be, or be considered as, our endorsement, approval, or contribution towards any such act(s) by any person or group.
4.5. Nothing contained on the Website or within the Information shall be rendered as provoking, enticing, inciting or convincing any person or group towards any act or omission in any specified manner, that is to say, the content on the Website and within the Information is for the information purposes, and for the furtherance of aforementioned Purpose only, and therefore, user’s discretion is advised while accessing the Website or Information.

5.2. You acknowledge that the Trust has adopted a strict no-donation policy whereby the neither the Trust nor its affiliates, on any occasion, directly or indirectly, requests for, or accepts, donation, charity or contribution in any manner or form, voluntary or otherwise, whether monetary or otherwise, from any person, entity or party.
5.3. You acknowledge and agree that neither the Trust nor its affiliates ever request for any donation, charity or other forms of contribution, whether monetary or otherwise, and in this regard, You must be careful in dealing with any person, entity or party claiming to be associated or affiliated with the Trust and thereby, requesting for any donation, charity or other forms of contribution. In such an event, You must deal with such person or party solely at Your own risk and for which the Trust shall not be responsible towards in any manner, and in no circumstances, any donation, charity or other forms of contribution, whether monetary or otherwise, paid to such person or party by You shall be deemed or rendered as You having made such donation, charity or other forms of contribution, whether monetary or otherwise, to the Trust.
5.4. You agree that in the event You find any person, entity or party claiming to be associated or affiliated with the Trust and thereby, requesting for any donation, charity or other forms of contribution, whether monetary or otherwise, You must ensure to resort to necessary precautions, and not make any donation, charity or other forms of contribution, whether monetary or otherwise, while intimating the Trust immediately with requisite details at contact@sahihiman.com. It is clarified herein that the Trust shall neither be, in any manner, responsible towards the acts of such person, entity or party, nor be obligated to take action against the same following Your intimation.
6.1. To access certain Information, or to access certain features of the Website, You may be required to apply for registration (“Registration”) on the Website. The process of Registration may be found at the relevant section for the purpose on the Website.
6.2. You agree that Your Registration shall be guided by the registration process stated within the relevant section on the Website and for the purpose, You may be required to submit certain specified personal information, which while submitting You must undertake the same to be true, correct, updated and complete. The Trust may not acknowledge Your Registration request in case You fail to submit any of such personal information. Further, You agree to communicate to the Trust of any subsequent change or update in any personal information so submitted by way of modifying such information within the relevant section your account on the Website, or by contacting the Trust at contact@sahihiman.com.
6.3. Your Registration and resulting access to specified Information or features of Website shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Trust, and the Trust shall reserve the right to terminate Your Registration without serving any notice based on subjective judgement and reasons.
6.4. Your application towards Registration shall be deemed as You having expressly agreed to these Terms and Privacy policy, and also to other rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions concerning the access to Information or Website, as may be notified on the Website and updated from time to time, and therefore, shall be bound by the same at all times.
6.5. Notwithstanding, any person requesting Registration shall, at all times, be bound by the applicable laws in India and in the jurisdiction in which such person is situated. The Trust shall not be liable, in any manner, towards violation of any such applicable laws by the person requesting Registration.
7.1. By successfully completing Your Registration on the Website in accordance with the specified guided registration process, You shall be creating Your unique login name and password, which shall form the mandatory submission by You, to prove Your identity, vis-a-vis, the Website, every time You intend to access Your registered Account, and resultingly, access certain features of the Website and/or certain Information.
7.2. In case any information submitted by You during the process of Registration is found to be false, Your Registration may be suspended or terminated by Us, at Our discretion, without any prior notice. Notwithstanding, any third-party content offered on the Website as part of Information shall be the rights of such third-party. 13.2. Breach and Consequences
If We have evidence, through Our investigations or reasonable belief, of a breach of these Terms by You and/or that Your continued access to Our Website is detrimental to the interests of Trust or any other users or the general public, then We reserve the right to take any or all of the actions stated herein below at Our sole discretion:
13.2.1. Put restrictions, suspension or prohibition on Your access to Website and Information;
13.2.2. Suspend or terminate Your Registration on Our Website;
13.2.3. Demand and order damages for breach of these Terms and take required civil actions to recover losses and damages;
13.2.4. Initiate steps of prosecution for damages and violation that is equivalent to offences in law;
13.2.5. Bar You from registering on Website in the future.
13.3. The action taken by Us will be solely due to Your breach of Our Terms; the action shall be final and decisive that will be binding on You. Any action taken by Us will be without any prejudice to Our other rights and remedies that are mentioned and available in law or equity.
13.4. Without prejudice to the foregoing, You agree that You shall be obligated to compensate the Trust for any loss or damage incurred to the Trust as a result of breach of any of these Terms. Additionally, in case of any material violation, as referred to in these Terms, You shall be liable to compensate the Trust with the amount of actual loss or damages, as may be quantified by Us, incurred to the Trust, whichever is higher.
These Terms may be terminated by the Trust at any time, at its sole direction or on account of any reason, without any prior notice or intimation to the User. The Trust also reserves the right to terminate, suspend or otherwise restrict Your Registration, or Your access to the Website and Information in any manner, without any prior notice or intimation to You. In any such event, the Trust shall not be liable towards any loss or damage to the You in any manner. Nonetheless, the relevant sections of these Terms may survive the termination of these Terms.
15.1. All the online content, materials and information on Our Website are collectively referred to as ‘Content’. It may include a wide range of online items such as images, designs, multimedia clips, graphics, logos, information, text content, software, animation, marks, hyperlinks, pictures and other textual, audio or visual content. The User shall indemnify the Trust against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of reputation, adverse impact on Intellectual Property Rights and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all other professional costs and expenses, suffered or incurred by the Trust for enforcement of these Terms or arising out of or in connection with:
16.2. This indemnity shall apply whether or not the User has been negligent or at fault.
16.3. The indemnification rights of the Trust are independent of, and in addition to, such other rights and remedies as such Trust may have under applicable laws or in equity or otherwise, including the right to seek specific performance or other injunctive relief, none of which rights or remedies shall be affected or diminished thereby.
You understand and agree that the Trust or Trustee its members, officers, employees or affiliates shall not be liable towards any direct or indirect damages, resulting from use of or inability to use the Information, even if We have been advised or become aware of the possibility of such damages or loss or that such loss was foreseeable. You agree to indemnify Us against any claims in respect of any such matters.
Your rights and obligations under these Terms is personal to You and shall not be assigned to any other party or person. The Trust may, at its sole discretion, assign, transfer or novate these Terms or any of its rights and/or obligations under these Terma to any person, including its affiliate.
The failure of Trust to insist upon strict adherence to any of these Terms on any occasion shall not be considered a waiver thereof or deprive the Trust of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement. Any waiver by Trust, or excuse to any User’s breach shall compulsorily be in writing by the Trust. Any such waiver or excuse shall not constitute any waiver or excuse to any different or subsequent breach.
All remedies of the Trust under these Terms whether provided herein or conferred by any statute, civil law, common law, custom or trade usage, are cumulative and not alternative and may be enforced successively or concurrently.
None of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the Trust and User, and no party shall be deemed to be the agent of other in any way or have any authority to bind the other party otherwise than under these Terms.
All disputes and differences arising from these Terms shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by Trust and User on mutual agreement, and such reference shall all time be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliations Act, 1996. The decision of the Sole Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the venue for arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. Additionally, the Trust shall be entitled to seek specific performance of the terms hereof. Each party herein irrevocably agree that the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
The User acknowledge and agree that the breach by the User of any of its obligations as set out herein, or in any other rules, policy and/or guideline notified on the Website, would cause irreparable harm to the Trust, and in that event, damages would be difficult if not impossible to ascertain. Therefore, the Trust, in addition to and without limiting any other rights they may have, will have the right to seek specific performance of these Terms. The existence of this right shall not preclude the Trust from pursuing any other rights and remedies at law that the Trust may have.
All notices given pursuant to these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be served as follows:
